APRENDE..IT'S NOT JUST A GAY PORN TITLE

Have you ever seen a cute latino papi or mami and wanted to holla but due to the language barriers your game is just...malo?
Here's some basic spanish that should be able to get you in good with the latino(a) of your dreams.Or at least be able to go to Cancun without sounding like an asshole.

10 essential words you should know:
hello -- hola
My name is -- Me llamo (me yamo)
What is your name? -- ¿Como se llama? (Como se yama)
Please -- Por favor
Thank you very much -- Muchas gracias
Your welcome -- Bienvenido
Goodbye -- Adios
Good day/morning -- Buenos dias/tardes
Excuse me -- Con permiso
Nice to meet you -- Encantado

Here are some useful phrases, which may come in handy:
I don't understand -- No comprendo
I don't speak Spanish -- No hablo español
Do you have a boyfriend? -- ¿Tiene un novio?
How do I get to [fill in name of location] -- ¿Como se llega a [...]? (como se yega a [...])
Where is the washroom? -- ¿Donde esta el cuarto de baño?
It was a pleasure to meet you -- Era un placer de haberla conocido.

Once you have some of the basics down, there are ways for you to brush up on the language and gradually learn more Spanish:

Watch A Movie

A good way to get a taste for a new language is to rent the Spanish dubbed version of a movie that you know really well. Don't be too impressed with yourself if you figure out that Hasta la vista, baby is Spanish for, "See you later, baby".
Carry A Spanish/English Dictionary
This is especially important when you are traveling in a foreign country. Carrying a bilingual dictionary with you at home is a very effective way to gradually learn a language and lets you see how everyday words are translated whenever they arise in your daily activities. Curious to know how you say lingerie in Spanish? No problem, go to the L section of the dictionary and you'll know in no time!
