THE romance between Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon and "Girls Gone Wild" oaf Joe Francis is over. Francis — who, friends say, prized Mellon most for her society contacts — is already hooking up with a new squeeze, Kimberly Stewart. The two went public Thursday night in L.A. at the Maxim X-Games party at the Cabana Club, where they publicly groped each other much to the discomfort of Ryan Phillippe, Jeremy Piven and Wilmer Valderama. Francis' rep pulled out the old line: "They're just old friends."

ARE YOU BOBBY BROWN YET?
The first eight episodes of 'Being Bobby Brown' have kept Bravo viewers buzzing and have even helped contribute to adding new catchphrases to our pop-culture vernacular," Bravo president Lauren Zalaznick says. "This is a highly compelling and engaging series, and we hope two new episodes will satisfy viewers' appetites for more Bobby and Whitney."
While the Aug. 25 finale will consist of clips from past episodes mixed with previously-unseen footage, the added Aug. 18 episode will be a “Cribs”-style “inside look” at the Atlanta and New Jersey homes of Brown and his wife Whitney Houston.
"Being Bobby Brown" debuted to 1.1 million viewers, giving Bravo a substantial boost in ratings over the network’s previous performance in the Thursday time period. The ratings continue to increase each week, the network says.
