GOSSIP 2 GO 10/4MILLION DOLLAR BABY
A source tells The National Enquirer that Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline expect to make $3 million for airing footage of her birth to Sean Preston on the second installment of their reality TV show. The couple also scored a $2 million deal for a subsequent video that will document the entire story of the baby boy's birth, including every detail from the time Britney left home, entered the hospital, had the baby, went back home and their first weeks at home with the baby. Finally, they landed another $1 million from print rights to the first baby photos including an interview with the couple. Read more

AMERICAN IDOL TAMYRA GRAY WANTS GOLD
via Jawn Murray
The 26-year-old singer said her goal is to sign with a major label this time; however it's unlikely that it will be J Records. Gray was signed to the Clive Davis label, but was dropped after being labeled difficult by executives.
"I did hear that I was difficult," she confessed. "What happened was, basically, the songs that I was given are the same songs that are on Fantasia's album. Can you imagine me singing the 'Baby Mama' song?"
Not at all!
"Right! That's exactly what I said," she continued. "I'm like, you're giving me these types of songs and basically, you're setting me up to fail. That's not believable. It was more of a thing where they were like, 'This works! This is what we've been making records with, with our black artists. We want them to be ghetto. This is what is selling and what we need you to do.' Alicia Keys style was more of the style I was trying to do, but there was an argument about that."
RAY-J's ONE WISH
Brandy's lil bro(and former Karrine Steffans flame Ray J continues to declare his affection for Oscar winner Halle Berry, even penning an ode to the actress on his new album 'Raydiation.' The song, called 'Blue High Heels,' includes lyrics like, "Baby, the way you sit and the way you stand/ will make an almost-married man think about changing plans/ You got it, sex appeal, said you looking so good in your blue high heels."
The singer/actor -- he also stars on the UPN sitcom 'One On One' -- has been professing his love for Berry since meeting the 'Catwoman' star at the premiere of the film, 'Lackawanna Blues,' last February.
"Halle Berry is my ideal lady," he confessed. "She is a very beautiful and talented woman. I have such a huge crush on her, and she inspired me to write this song about her."
GIRLFRIEND GETS A BOYFRIEND
Apparently the on-screen romance between 'Girlfriends' star gOLDEN bROOKS and her television husband, actor Khalil Kain, has spilled over into their personal life. Sources say the couple began dating a few months ago when production on the new season of the UPN sitcom reconvened. Despite arriving arm-in-arm at the BET Comedy Awards and being photographed on the red carpet together, Brooks was mum on the matter when BV Buzz spoke to her. "I don't comment on my personal life," she vowed. The actress, who was also rumored to have dated 'Friends' star David Schwimmer, did confirm that she'll be appearing on an upcoming episode of 'The Montel Williams Show.' "That's something I'll talk about," laughed the actress. "I am flying to New York to tape an appearance on his show."
IN OTHER UPN NEWS(that may be the last time I ever say that)
Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams is preparing for life minus her girls. The singer will guest star on three episodes of UPN's 'Half & Half' this fall. Williams, whose cover of Al Greens 'Let's Stay Together' is featured on the 'Roll Bounce' soundtrack, is also apparently in the studio working on a solo R&B album.
LINDAY LOHAN HAS LOW HANDLE ON HER LIFE
LINDSAY Lohan was a big pain at Wyclef Jean's Yeli Foundation benefit for Haitian children in Chicago on Saturday. The dizzy diva-tante demanded a private plane from New York but canceled the trip, costing the foundation a penalty fee. Then, she changed her mind and agreed to fly commercial. But she missed that flight, requiring a new charter. Lohan arrived for that jet an hour late, so the company bumped its rate from $4,000 per hour to $6,000. When she finally arrived at the venue, a tented stage at a suburban mansion, she refused to talk to the press or mingle with other celebs such as Drew Barrymore. "Lindsay sat in a corner playing with her BlackBerry and made frequent trips to the ladies' room," said one atendee. For the song "Guantanamera," Wyclef summoned P.M. club owner Unik onstage to play drums. As the music crescendoed, Wyclef shed his shirt revealing a newly gym-toned physique. Jeremy ("Entourage") Piven then took off his own shirt, exposing what was described as "a flabby upper body." Lohan shrieked, "Oooo, I can't stand to look at that!" She ran out of the tent and the party. One guest told PAGE SIX, "Lindsay was a total pain from the get-go. She needs help."
LAZY LIKE A FOXX
JAMIE Foxx dissed the urban music industry heavyweights gathered at the Power Summit in the Bahamas last weekend by canceling his headlining gig at the last minute. Handlers for the Oscar-winning "Ray" star — who's about to release an R&B album on J Records — told confab organizers that Foxx flaked because he was "sick" in Miami. But whatever the reason, his no-show caused plenty of grumbling. The red-hot star missed performances by Kanye West, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Ghostface Killa and Redman. In addition to the Power Summit, which drew the likes of Jay-Z and Russell Simmons, the Grand Lucaya resort in Freeport hosted a hip-hop-flavored Heineken House Party that ended with a concert by Ja maican superstar Sean Paul and old-school Brooklyn rappers Black Sheep.
NEW GUY CHECKS IN AT 24 HOUR HILTON
via page six
Hilton — who ditched her fiancé Paris Latsis, 23, a month ago but only formally announced it last week — has been romancing Mary-Kate Olsen's boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, 20, whose princely family makes the Latsis clan, worth $7.5 billion according to Forbes, seem nouveau riche.
On Friday, the new duo showed up at Spider Club in L.A. and "made out all night and closed the place down," our spy said.
The next night, the couple was at Element with Paris' sister Nicky. Paris "tried to get the club to turn the lights down so no one could see her and Stavros make out," another spywitness recalled. "She also got the club to clear out the bathrooms for her and her friends so that no 'fans' would be in there with her."
Insiders predict Hilton's latest pairing — the party girl was also spotted cozying up to her music producer, Scott Storch, last month — won't last because the reserved Niarchos clan is so publicity-shy they didn't like Stavros dating Olsen.
"They haven't seen anything yet," snickered our source.
The Stavros conquest is also threatening Hiltie's friendship with Olsen and her sister Ashley because Mary-Kate is said to feel betrayed. In fact, a lot of Hilton's famous friends seem to be flocking elsewhere. "One Tree Hill" star Sophia Bush, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and other young Hollywood hotties have all stopped hanging out with Hilton for various reasons. However, Paris can console herself with her jewelry. We hear the hotel heiress intends to keep the $5 million, 24-carat diamond ring Latsis gave her.
Meanwhile, the entire Hilton family is up in arms over a planned Jerry Oppenheimer book on their clan.
Oppenheimer, whose recent expose on Anna Wintour, "Front Row: Anna Wintour," hit the best-seller lists, has been calling friends and family of Rick, Kathy, Paris and Nicky Hilton for a tome he is planning to do for HarperCollins.
Kathy Hilton has told friends, "If anyone participates in the book they will be banned from the family," and has even threatened several people, telling them, "I can make your life very difficult [if you help Oppenheimer]. I am a very powerful woman."
