Hey lovers,I loved you all like lovers...well, not you that gave me the Canal Street Gift Card for X-Mas.

Well I have good news and bad news.The good news is that I was/am/will always be fabulous and because of Hollyhood Blogazine so are you.The bad news is that this is my last week posting on HollyHood.Yes folks it's the end of my brainchild...a place that was part blog and part magazine that covered topics from Hollywood to the hood and at the same time columns on living glam(not to mention it was also gay friendly).

This blog originally was started to prove to a nasty reader of my other blog(which is also nearing retirement),that people indeed wanted to hear about the things that I wrote about.
I'm retiring to move on to some really great ventures and I thank you all for reading,commenting and just stopping by.

Sure it was "just a blog" to everybody else but to me it was creating something from scratch.It was writing,researching,and punching up articles and finding interesting pics that people would find hot.
I get an incredible amount of daily hits and I would like all of those hits to find other great blogs such as mines(though it'll be hard...lol) here are a few:

OPRAH GETS GROUNDED
Oprah Winfrey's private GulfStream jet was forced to return to California's Santa Barbara Municipal Airport after its windshield cracked because it hit a bird, officials said. Winfrey and boyfriend Stedman Graham were not injured, though the bird apparently was. As was the plane, which will remain grounded until its windshield can be repaired, Santa Barbara Fire Department spokesman John Ahlman tells the Associated Press. The collision occurred around 12:30 p.m. Monday just after take off. "This is not a totally unusual thing," Ahlman said of the cracked windshield. "We see these things pretty frequently."

What did Oprah Winfrey get her best friend, Gayle King, for the holidays? Apparently, a man.
A source close to the best buds say that the queen of talk has hooked King up with none other than one of her other pals, gospel star BeBe Winans.
"Gayle and BeBe have known each other forever. But Oprah figured that since both are divorced and looking to date, why not date each other?" the source tells us.
After King spends time with her kids and ex-husband in Connecticut, she and Winans will meet up with Winfrey and her boyfriend, Stedman Graham, at the talk-show host's Santa Barbara estate, where they plan to ring in the New Year together.

Is Bill Maher ready to give up his bachelor status? Several friends of HBO's resident political pundit say that Maher could be on the verge of proposing to his girlfriend Karrine Steffans.
Steffans, the (shall we say) sexually generous dancer who penned the best-selling memoir "Confessions of a Video Vixen," met Maher in April, and the two have been dating ever since.

Living in NYC,it's considered taboo in my circles to not go out and be seen partying your ass off at some overcrowded V.I.P. room at some overcrowded over priced over-rated club.
Since I was 16 years old,I have been out clubhopping and getting drunk on New Year's Eve.Crazy?Maybe,but I have had so much fun on that night that it should have been illegal(quiet as kept..a lot of times it was).

Now that I'm 25 and have done the New Years Eve thing in Sydney,Los Angeles,New Orleans,Paris and of course NYC,I have this whole "been there and done that" attitude going on.This year I will be doing it up very simple...8 of me and my friends(well 4 of us and our guests) will be going to my winter place in Vermont for an elegant dining experience,drinks,some classic movies,a little jacuzzying(yes it's a verb now),and a pajama jam.It's simple,it's classy,it's not too expensive,and it's intimate...the total opposite of my New Years' past.If you're looking to spend New Year's Eve simplified,inexpensive and with little planning then here are some ideas for you.

Pajama/Sleepover Jam
This is a great party for girlfriends,(or 2 snaps..."girlfriends") or for a few couples you love spending time with.Here's how to:
Create a theme for the evening.(movies,card games,naked twister,etc...)
Determine how many people you can invite by assessing your accommodations. If additional bedding is needed, break out blow-up mattresses.
Advise guests to bring PJs and hold off on dessert.
Make the start time around 9pm so friends can have an early dinner elsewhere and still show up with enough energy for some fun.
Serve a buffet of mini desserts such as truffles, tiny fruit tarts, small cookies and one-bite brownies. Include a sparkling wine as well as regular and decaf coffee. And of course some bubble for the midnight drink.
Create a bedtime gift bag for each guest that includes soap, a toothbrush, mini toothpaste and some slippers. (Costco)
Stock up on items for an easy and light breakfast: scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, pastries and coffee.
Encourage friends to change into their jammies the minute they arrive.

Girlfriends' Spa Night
Gather the girls and turn over your New Year's leaf with a healthy, rejuvenating evening of pampering...for the happily single divas of the world.
Keep the guest list small and manageable.
Serve light,elegant snacks such as salmon pâté atop cucumber wheels, crudités with a yogurt dip, skewers of prosciutto and cantaloupe, chicken salad in endive leaves and bonbons or chocolate-dipped strawberries or some hot wings and chili dogs...do you. Splurge ‑- literally and figuratively ‑- and let the champagne flow freely.
Burn soothing scented candles in each room.
Create spa stations... Design a facial table complete with home dermabrasion kits and masks, facial cleanser, moisturizer, enough facecloths for all guests and hair bands for pulling back long hair. Add a mani-pedi area. Consider hiring a manicurist to do each guest's fingers or toes, or ask a talented friend to do the honors. Be sure to include nail polish remover, cotton balls, a selection of nail polishes, clippers and files, toe separators, foot cream, a few soaking tubs, hand towels and flip-flops.
Play fun music and watch movies with sexy men in them or chick flix...or if you're freaky like me and my girls...a little gay porn.
Invite each guest to write a letter that outlines all of the things she wants to get rid of in the coming year and then burn them. It'll definitely set a promising tone for the evening and the year.

How about having a New Years Day Brunch...
Spread the word to friends right away about your brunch.Have your home set up with a warming decor and plenty of food.
Prepare recipes that can be made in advance: a large vegetable fritatta that can be served at room temperature, sausage links and silver dollar size pancakes (warm both, covered, in the oven) with hot maple syrup, good strong coffee and plenty of orange juice.
Set up a buffet in the living room or dining room and create extracomfy sitting areas with floor pillows.

HEALTH AND FITNESS...CELEB WORKOUTS 1

Have you ever watched your favorite athlete, model or actor in a movie and wished you had a body just like theirs? Unfortunately, you don't have a professional trainer who spends hours a day getting you into shape and a dietitian who plans every morsel of food you put into your mouth.
So does that mean it's hopeless? Definitely not.
With a few adjustments to your fitness and diet routine, you too can get the look you desire.
After the extra LBS that we gain after all this holiday eating...(doesn't it feel like you've been holiday eating all year???) the search for the perfect diet and exercise program becomes priority.
Everyday this week I'll give you a different celeb routine.Today's star is the sexy....

BRAD PITT
After Fight Club was released, Brad Pitt became the envy of a great number of men. His tight, muscular body was coveted, and many people sought a workout that would produce similar results. His workout was characterized by beating one muscle group up each day, then giving it the rest of the week to recover. This is very beneficial for adding muscle mass, as muscles grow during rest periods and not during the actual time in the gym.

In order to promote growth, though, you have to give your muscles a reason to grow stronger, and annihilating one group per day with numerous sets and exercises will do the trick.
Finally, at the end of the week, he finished off with a good cardio workout. This put his body in fat-burning mode, which served to shed any extra padding that covered his muscles, giving him that chiseled look.

Here are the exercises that made up his workout. Perform 3 sets of each exercise, taking approximately 60 seconds to rest between each set. Use a weight that is challenging enough that you can successfully complete 15 reps (with the exception of pushups and pullups), but be fatigued on the last rep. However, it must still be light enough for you to maintain proper form. If there is an exercise you're not sure how to do..investigate it...I can't do everythang..my name ain't Holiday Google.

Give yourself a few weeks to a few months on one of these programs and you will see noticeable improvements in both your condition and your appearance. Depending on which celebrity or athlete you emulate, your choice of exercises will be significantly different.
Just be sure to give 100% in all your workouts and then ensure proper rest, as these are the two key factors you need to see optimal results.

EXFOLIATION...IT'S NOT A WOMAN'S WORD ANYMORE...RIPPED FROM ASK MEN.

Exfoliation is the process of scrubbing off dead skin cells to reveal and expose "younger," fresher skin. The shedding process unclogs pores, keeps skin clean and helps reduce acne breakouts. It's usually the first step in cleaning your face, to be followed by washing your face with soap (preferably one with hypoallergenic properties) and finally, moisturizing.

The skin on your face is quite different from that of a woman's. It contains larger pores, whiskers, more collagen and elastin (fibrous proteins that help hold everything together), a denser supply of blood vessels, and it produces more sweat. Put all these factors together and a guy's face can attract a fair amount of dirt.
So, the most important component of any good facial exfoliation routine is the cleanser/foamer. Brands that sell top-notch affordable cleansers include Clinique, 4Voo.com, Baxter of California, and Nivea for Men.

Most of these products contain some combination of granulated pumice, sea salts, fruit seeds, salicylic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, and beta hydroxy acid, all of which serve to loosen and slough off dead skin cells. Some even aid in the formation of collagen.
To get the most out of your exfoliating cleanser -- and to help work it into a good lather -- you should use one of the following methods of application.

Exfoliating gloves: Okay, these reusable nylon gloves are more suitable for women, but they work. Just put them on and gently rub the cleanser around your face. The gloves' massaging motion will also improve circulation and open pores. Just keep in mind the fact that you use them on the down low...

Sponge: An abrasive sponge, or loofa (a sponge made from the dried fibrous part of the loofa plant), works the same way as gloves, but it has the advantage of whipping the exfoliating cleanser into a richer lather that gets deeper into the pores and the skin's upper layers.

Exfoliating mask: This is a plaster-like concoction that goes on your face as a liquid goop, hardens, and then peels off to remove dead skin cells, dirt, whiteheads, etc. It can be pricey (not to mention girlie), but its thoroughness more than makes up for it.

Pumice soap: This is an inexpensive exfoliation classic -- it's a bar soap that includes granulated volcanic ash that really scrubs hard. The only disadvantage is that pumice soaps require a fair amount of scrubbing to get a good lather going.

Note: However you choose to exfoliate, don't forget to moisturize. Exfoliating can dry out already dry skin, but a moisturizer will help stabilize your skin and "feed" the new, young skin you've exposed.

THE FUGEES SING THE WOES OF BEING FAMOUS
In the latest issue of Essence magazine, Lauryn Hill says her decision to retreat from the music business stemmed from it becoming a "very toxic situation" for her.
"I discovered people could only acknowledge red and blue and I was somewhere between. I was purple," she told the magazine. “And when I can't be whole, I have a problem. I was like, 'I've got to get out of here.’”

Fantasia, a High Point native who now owns a home in southeast Charlotte, was chosen Wednesday to serve on a Mecklenburg County Superior Court jury in a motor vehicle negligence case.
Testimony took less than a day, and Judge W. David Lee sent jurors out to deliberate late Wednesday, said Charles Keller, a court system administrator. But when it became apparent that deliberations would continue into Thursday, lawyers agreed that Barrino was free to go.
But during Fantasia's time at the courthouse, other jurors and court officials took full advantage of her presence.
"People recognized her right away," Keller told the Associated Press. "Jurors started coming up to her taking pictures with their camera phones and getting autographs. She's just really nice, down to earth. Not at all what you'd expect."

MTV/Paramount has announced that Mary J. Blige will star as the late vocalist Nina Simone in a feature film about her rise to stardom and her relationship with Paris-based manager Clifton Henderson. Most known for her civil rights anthems "Mississippi Goddam" (written in response to the murder of Medgar Evers) and "To Be Young, Gifted, and Black," Simone made music on her own terms, defying categorization by swirling R&B with jazz and blues. In 1974, the chanteuse went into exile, eventually ending up in Paris, where she died in 2003.

THE RETURN OF MOESHA
Brandy is coming back to series television, courtesy of a new WB comedy pilot written by the creator of "Girlfriends," Mara Brock Akil. The pilot will star Brandy as a 25-year-old New Yorker who moves to Los Angeles for a new gig as an entertainment editor. Brandy’s last series television stint was a five-year run on UPN’s "Moesha." Her TV resume also includes the 1997 musical "Cinderella," in which she played the title character.

THINGS seem to be going from bad to worse in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline marriage.

Ok, so anybody that reads this blog(or my other one) faithfully,knows that I am like the biggest friend of gay culture since Star Jones.It's true..I have more gay male friends than I do straight female friends and it's not a problem.Not to say that I'm just lumping every gay man in a box and saying that I love them all and I'll befriend you just because we have the same taste in men.It's that fearless,funky,stylish, I don't give a fuck and yet I really do give a fuck attitude,mixed with the fact that there is no sexual pressure or competition between us.I like that in everybody.

So it should come as no surprise that one of my fave new shows is the gay themed show on MTV's LOGO channel called "Noah's Arc".Although the writing is a little choppy and the characters could use some fine tuning..it overall has the potential to be a great show.
It's marketed as a black Sex and the City and it's similar but gayer.I find the show adorable.
Wednesdays @ 10pm on LOGO.

I've decided to re-cast the show for the movie version and give it some hip hop flava.Now I'm not calling anyone of them gay..I'm just casting a movie!

Howard has reportedly been dating Dayanara Torres Delgado, the ex-wife of J.Lo’s husband, Marc Anthony. The Latin singer walked down the aisle with Lopez only four days after his divorce from Delgado.

After months of denying rumors their marriage had gone south, the couple yesterday confirmed to Us Weekly that they had separated.

"After three years of marriage, and careful thought and consideration, we have decided to part ways," they told the magazine in a joint statement.
"This is the mutual decision of two people with an enormous amount of respect and admiration for each other. We hope that you respect our privacy during this difficult time."
The totally telegenic couple tied the knot in Austin, Tex., in October 2002 in front of 250 guests.

A man has sued the producers and sponsors of the cable reality show "Project Runway," charging that the Emmy-nominated series is based on a script of his that was rejected two years ago.
Joel Lamontagne, who filed the lawsuit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims he pitched a show called "America's Fashion Designer Search" to producer Tony Yates at Project Greenlight in February 2003. Ultimately, he was told the company was too busy to proceed.
"We think they took this idea, promoted it and it's been a big success," said Ivan Schwartz, Lamontagne's lawyer.
Requests for comment from Greenlight went unanswered Wednesday.

HERE'S THE STORY OF A MAN NAMED BRADY...

Christopher Knight, aka Peter Brady of "The Brady Bunch," and Adrianne Curry are planning a wedding - and reality TV cameras will be there.
The couple met on VH1's "The Surreal Life" and became engaged on the season finale of "My Fair Brady." Now Knight, 48, and Curry, 23, will return for a second season of "My Fair Brady," VH1 announced Tuesday.

Bret Michaels, the frontman for lipstick-and-Aquanet rockers Poison, narrowly cheated death when a mystery gunman in a white Ford F-150 riddled his tour bus with bullets Monday night. Michaels was in Chicopee, Mass., to perform a solo acoustic set at an area club when shots hit the rear living quarters of his bus, according to a press release posted on antimusic.com. Michaels was struck in the face by flying broken glass but escaped serious injury. "It is going to take more than an act of cowardice like this to make me stop performing or stop my tour," Michaels was quoted in the release. "I plan on staying out and finishing the shows as scheduled."

I've asked readers to send in several of their dating stories and the response was great.Many of you around the world experience similar good,bad,and ugly experiences.
Dating is not easy,being single is a double edged sword...one minute you are happy to be free and without the weight of commitment and the next,you realize that it's just you in that big ass house.But let's not foget,the greatest part of any success was the journey it took to get there.

As I begin to wrap up Single Sexy and So What Week, I hope that many of you realized that being single is not the end of the world,having time to work on you and getting to know yourself and being selfish for once is a great thing...it makes finding that special person that much more sweeter.
So here is an edited list of some of your dating stories that was e-mailed to me...thanks everybody that participated and although I would have loved to put them all I just couldn't:

1-I went with a guy to our town's fair and he met another girl while I was in the bathroom and he left with her.

2-"Tim" seemed just fine online. He contacted me first, with an eloquent and sincere email.We had some pretty good AIM conversations, AND we clicked over the phone , as well. He arranged something pretty impressive for the first date. He said he would pick me up (yes, I learned my lesson!) and take me to an Italian restaurant, and then to a club. I thought it sounded wonderful and could not wait.
Date night rolls around. He shows up in his souped-up Camaro. He steps out. Here is the only good part: his pictures did not do him justice. He was gorgeous. The first man I met off the 'net who was a complete hunk, for lack of a better word.

At dinner, he asked me inappropriate questions such as if I would sleep with another woman for money. At that point, I would have slept with ROSIE O' DONNELL to simply get me away from HIM! The rest of the night involved wreckless driving, awkward silences,awful music, and his high school-ish antics...such as "punching" my arm. At one point, he turned one of his songs especially loud while announcing, "listen! this one's about DATE RAPE! Probably not the best song to be playing now, huh? Ha!".He insisted on driving through a Wendy's, where he told me he stopped all the time "when he gets the munchies after getting stoned". A charmer!

3-Married forty years; widowed three months, I went online, on the night of what would have been 'our' 41st wedding anniversay....searching for companionship...."Friendship First" was the specification,from 'there,' whatever! The first and only "picture and profile" to appear when my 'mouse' clicked into Yahoo Personals "local males in Charleston, S.C." was a man with the nickname of "Wolf" a handsome man twenty-four years my junior.

"Wolf" and I Im-ed for two hours, the entire time professing great interest in our meeting. I was hesitant; caught-up in the 'age thing;' feeling 'strange'to do-so. "Wolf" assured me NOT to concern myself with such nonsense;he was 'fine with it,' thus proceeding to IM me 'personal references,' proving he was ALL he said he was and MORE! he WAS/IS an 'o.k. guy.' 4-Out of sheer boredom, I placed a personal ad. Hilarity ensued in the form of many f*cked up responses (including numerous ones from girls who didn't quite grasp that I'm GAY and thus not looking for a girl...or perhaps they thought they were so incredibly hot that I'd switch teams).
About a month after placing the ad,I finally recieved one that seemed ok.He was definitely my type and was looking for the same things.When we met up after about a month,I was pleased to see that I found him(and he I) very attractive and he was as fabulous as our conversations.
We've been together for 3.5 years and had a civil union a few months ago.

5-I had a date with this guy one time, he was nice, the sex was great, but when we were picking our clothes up to get dressed, I discovered that he wore prettier panties than I did.

6- I have been with this man for the past three years. He works for the largest cable company in Phx. This man neglected to tell me about all of his kids until we were living together. 7- I met a guy on line who was a comedian from a large Midwestern city. We chatted for several weeks on line and on the phone and got along fine. One day he encouraged me to get a web cam. I thought they were expensive, but he told me I could get one for $20, so I did. He had one as well.
One day, while we were on the cams together, I got a phone call. I was still at my desk while I took the call so I could see him while I talked. Evidently he forgot that he was on the cam because while I was slightly diverted (but not totally) he got a call on his cell phone and although he moved from in front of the cam I heard everything he was saying.He was making a date with some girl for a quickie.So when he came back into view I pretended my phone rang and moved from view and recited the same conversation he had.Then I stuck up my middle finger and unplugged the cam and never spoke to him again.

8-I met a guy on a chatline to meet black masculine men and I connected with a brotha that was hella cool.2 hours later we were supposed to meet up and it turned out that he not only lied about his description,what he'd be wearing and his car,but he was a fat white guy trying to talk black.I swore I was on punk'd.

MY BLIND DATE PART 2

Well when I last left off,my experimental date,Leron, got to the restaurant almost an hour and 1/2 late and with his uninvited cousin.(To the Heiress Diaries readers...I was not calling a chatline looking for love..I wanted to experience an online or chatline date for myself before I wrote about it.)

So I tell Leron to come in and have the maitre'd bring him to the table.15 minutes later,Leron comes in with his cousin.Before I get to their descriptions...I was sitting there wondering why the hell did it take them 15 minutes to come inside if they were outside the restaurant.
Leron was very,very attractive.Tall,brown,nice lips,gorgeous eyes,dreads,and as I saw him give his coat to coat check I saw that he had a nice body through his fitted sweater under his blazer.His shoes were very Kenneth Cole like and he had fake studs in his ears but he was attractive so it didn't matter.He walked in with his cousin...A DISASTER.He wore sweatpants to Cipriani..OMG! Not only was he severely overweight but he was sweating like crazy.He was short and he had on too much cologne.I didn't look down at his feet so I have no idea the shoes he had on.

My friend Gary was kicking me under the table as his date was snickering.I smiled and was very cordial.I told Leron"me and my friends should leave for you guys bein so damn late".
Leron smiled...one of his 2 front teeth were gone...gone...nothing..not a gold tooth,yellow tooth,not even a borrowed tooth or Chicklet.Well,the purpose of this date was to try online dating and not to look for love so it was cool.Leron told me some bullshit about his phone and getting lost and whatever.I told him that we already ate most of our dinner and if he wanted to order something he should hurry because I was tired.
Then his cousin says,"tired from what? Was'nt yall just sitting here?"
I rolled my eyes and then the cousin said as he sat his fat ass down"Since Leron told me that there was a mix up with the date you should choose between us...cuz I'm feeling you too ma."
He was ferocious.Gary laughed out loud which made his date Eddie laugh out loud.Then Eddie says..we're not laughing at yall we're laughing at the situation.

I said "why don't we all just sit here and eat".Leron waited for the busboy to bring him a chair and then he sat next to me with his cousin on the other side of me.So Gary starts talking about Naomi on Tyra's show which led us talking about Top Model which led to talking about our fave models of all time which led to Leron saying "can we talk about something that's not gay?"

Why'd he say that? Eddie said "No,because I'm gay" and then Gary wanting to act up also said"You too girl?" And they started laughing.I was smiling and trying not to laugh.So then the fat cousin says "you like gay boys?"..I said "No, I like gay MEN."
So then the cousin says"I ain't mean no disrespect,you like who you like, fuck who you fuck. I just wanted to know why girls always be around gay dudes that don't want them?It's a waste..and you fine" I just mouthed the words "thank you" and continued eating as both Leron and his cousin "Hustle" argued about the fact that Cipriani's didn't have anything simple like spaghetti or pizza.

Hustle recognized the word fried and ordered calamari.Leron ordered like a curried shrimp.For drinks I had 2 chocolate martinis,Leron and his cousin had Courvoisier and I forget what Gary had but Eddie had a Pepper Martini.

The conversation was fun at times and ignorant at others.Things got fun when we started talking about video games(which I love) and movies.We talked about music,music videos,and then jobs.
Leron works at a Post Office and his cousin Hustle is a "hustler".So after I paid the bill($300 or something like that) Hustle says "damn L,we got a rich girl". I got up and went to the ladies lounge and called Gary and said for him and Eddie to meet me outside becuase I was done with Leron and Klump.I got my coat from coat check and snuck outside.
Eddie came out first and 2 minutes later Gary,we caught a cab and laughed about the whole night.We then went to Gary's house in the Village and we watched Showgirls on his huge plasma and snuggled under Gary's faux mink throw on his bed.

That's my life..no matter who I start off with I always end up in the bed with a gay man or 2.
my overall impression of online/chatline dating is..as long as you're careful,and know what you're looking for,and remember to be respectful,safe and fun..I guess it's cool.I will never do it again but it's not as bad as I imagined it would be.

Just make sure not to wait longer than a few days to call back, or she may cool off entirely.
((Hello...a call the next day shows a woman that you are interested.The longer you wait the more the woman thinks she wasted her time giving you the number.Just don't call right away call the next day,just to say hi))

4. Take her where everyone knows your name
Another way to impress your new woman early in the game is to go somewhere where you already have a great reputation. By taking her to one of your usual haunts, you'll get to showcase your smooth self in action among your vast circle of acquaintances. I went on a double date tonight with my best girlfriend...Gary.For a little experiment he went on a site called adam 4 adam and I took my chance with a telephone chatline.I thought this would be different because:
1-I've never used a service of any kind to get a date.
2-I don't usually date OJ's (Ordinary Joe's).Sorry,well not really sorry but it sounded less stank than I don't date OJ's.

It took my friend Gary no more than 20 minutes to find him a guy for my little experiment. His already made profile (which he claims was an old one he never uses) has 2 pictures of him, a cute face shot and a pic with him with no shirt on.His stats were accurate and he said that he was looking for a masculine guy in NYC looking to have a good time,no sex.He got instant messages from all types of guys...but he settled on a cute Latino from Brooklyn.
Gary looks like a really handsome football player but not as bulky,he's really smart and could talk about anything,he's a great catch and like myself he's a serial dater.

I on the other hand used a chat phone line to use as my guinea pig.There must have been about 50 or more guys talking in the same "thuggish" voice,with outgoing messages saying how they looked and what they wanted.

After about 1/2 an hour I finally found a guy that was willing to meet for a double date,after I expressed that I'd be paying(since he didn't get his check yet)I would never date a guy that only gets 1 check..and to have to wait for it?Where is his savings or credit cards?Why was he looking for a date?...sad.
Well he wanted me to send him a pic via my cell phone,even though I didn't want to I let Gary take my pic on his phone and he sent it.Leron(his real name) sent me back his pic...alright looking...light brown,dreads,almond eyed,full lips and a goatee.

So since I was paying I figured we would do dinner at one of my fave places...Cipriani 42nd Street.A little pricey for some but I just had this taste for Italian and Cipriani is one of the best.Leron said that he also loves Italian and I told him that he might have to dress up a little(I'm not sure if there was a dress code but he wouldn't feel comfortable in jeans if everybody was in suits)
On any given night you could see Beyonce and Jay-Z or Mary J.,Diddy,I saw Jessica Simpson there the last time I went(she was with her father and another guy that I think was interviewing her).

The reservations were for 7pm and as me and Gary got out the cab to wait inside for our dates,I started to get a little nervous.Not really nervous...sweeties I'm gorgeous and I was paying.I was more anxious.I was dressed really simple and classy.I wore a DKNY black empire waist dress, my fave diamond hoop earrings,my grayish silver YSL clutch and black Donna Karan stilettos with 2 large diamond like stones on the straps.

The latino,Edwin,or eddie he said to call him,got there first.Dressed kind of casual but appropriate.Very Banana Republic.He was cuter in person than on the internet.He had on a little too much cologne but his perfect teeth made up for any small flaws I could find...Gary was fucking pleased.I started to get even more anxious because Gary and Eddie instantly hit it off talking about fashion and Colombia(where Eddie is from)...8pm and in walked perfection..not my date Leron.It was Susan Lucci...love her,met her a few times at a charity we both belong to(and you guys thought I was just a gossiping fabulous chica from NYC,I am but I'm so much more.The readers of my other blog know this)
Susan Lucci of course did not remember me but pretended she did..but her dress was beautiful and the shoes were fab.

8:15 and I was still getting Leron's voicemail..we decided to order hors d'oeuvres and drinks.i had the grilled shrimp on skewers and some of Gary's baby artichokes alla romana...delicious!!
8:25 and I get a phone call..it was Leron,we're here.I said who's we? He said he brought his cousin since it was a double date.I informed him that the other dates were made already and all he said was oh.So now we were about to have my gay friend Gary,his date Eddie,my fabulous ass,Leron,and his cousin.
Find out how this shit ends on Friday...it was an experience.

It took an offer of $20 million against 20% of the gross to get Tucker to sign on. According to Daily Variety, Tucker agreed to let go of script approval on the condition that the final draft matches what was pitched by returning screenwriter Jeff Nathanson.
Tucker's co-star, Jackie Chan, will get $15 million against 15% of the gross, and will also own the film's distribution rights in China and Hong Kong.
Brett Ratner also returns as director, fresh from helming "X-Men 3." He'll get an increase in the upfront part of the $5 million-against-5%-gross deal he pocketed for "Rush Hour 2."
New Line has the option to greenlight the film by May, based on script approval and a budget the studio hopes won't exceed $120 million. The film will go into production next summer in the U.S. and Paris for a summer 2007 release.

The Eyebrow Flash
When we first see someone we're attracted to, our eyebrows rise and fall. If they like us back, they raise their eyebrows. The whole thing lasts about a fifth of a second and it happens everywhere in the world -- to everyone regardless of age, race, or class. Lifting our brows pulls the eyes open and allows more light to reflect off the surface, making them look bright, large and inviting. A flash might be easy to miss but they're so reliable, if you do spot one, you may know someone likes you before they've even registered it themselves. Deliberately extend it for up to one second and you've drastically upped the chances of him getting the message you're interested.

His lips part.
If he likes what he sees, his lips will automatically part for a moment when your eyes first lock.

His nostrils flare and his face generally "opens".
The raised brows, parted lips, flaring nostrils and wide eyes give the whole face a friendly "open" expression.

He'll try to attract your attention.
For some men, this might mean a subtle tie adjustment along with a silent prayer that you'll notice the flash of movement. Any exaggerated movement or gesture usually means he's trying to stand out from the group. THE already shaky marriage between Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey is about to hit another big speedbump.
Jessica Jaymes, a porn star who performed raunchy sex acts with another woman in front of Lachey and pals at a bachelor party last year, is trying to sell a story to the tabs about what she claims really happened that night --and it isn't pretty.
Last year, Star magazine reported in a story where no one was on the record that Lachey and his crew met up with Jaymes and two female friends ["an Asian and a blonde"] at an L.A. club. The crew later went back to a Hollywood Hills home where the women gave a sexual performance, which included "whipped cream and sex toys." Also with the group was a male friend of Jaymes.
At one point, Lachey got on the bed with the girls and seemed "in a trance." Eventually, Jaymes' male pal became "so concerned" about something that Star doesn't specify, he "intervened," pulling Jaymes away from the bed ...to Lachey's "dismay."
Now, we hear, Jaymes and her business manager Gordon Yugovich are asking $1 million plus syndication rights to the "entire story" with steamy details that are sure to make Simpson's hair stand on end. This time, not only will Jaymes be on the record, but her two girlfriends as well as the man who pulled her from the bed are supposedly going to talk — all confirming Jaymes' story.
Both Jaymes and Yugovich refused to "confirm or deny" details to PAGE SIX, although both noted something was being shopped around.
We also hear Jaymes is going to shop a book about the incident. But so far, there have been no takers. The deal has gone out to Life & Style and In Touch, as well as Us Weekly, National Enquirer and Star.Maybe no one is buying because Jaymes has already gone on the record with Howard Stern saying "nothing happened," according to Lachey's attorney, Martin Singer. THE SAGA CONTINUES
24 hours after "Diddy" called into New York's Hot 97 radio show to face off with disgruntled former employees The Lox, the Bad Boy mogul and his entourage showed up to the studio along with contracts and cancelled checks to help counter claims that he is keeping them from their money.
"I'm not here like 'Big Red,' pulling the wool over their eyes; I ain't gotta take nothing from nobody," Diddy told Hot 97's Angie Martinez, citing the villain from the film "The Five Heartbeats." "I have no problem with The Lox. I'm a fan of theirs. They can still come to my office and I'll erase yesterday."
On Wednesday, Lox members Jadakiss and Styles P appeared on Martinez's show with a plea for Diddy to release their publishing.
Diddy, on Thursday, suggested that the rappers are ignorant of their own paperwork.
He said: "New York was bamboozled, led a stray, run amok yesterday and lied to that I own 50% of their publishing. I don't own 50% of their publishing and that's what the embarrassing part is. Puff gets 20% of their publishing, so they get 80% of their publishing.
"These accusations attacking me as a man are totally not true. It's embarrassing that some artists that have been in the game for 10 years...they don't even know the 101 of the industry. They apparently haven't read their contracts, and they don't even know what's going on in their own lives."
During Wednesday's interview with the Lox, former Junior M.A.F.I.A. member Lil' Cease called in to say that Diddy was also hanging on to a huge portion of the Notorious B.I.G.'s publishing as well.
On Thursday, Diddy brought in Biggie's mother Voletta Wallace to refute those claims. Wallace stated that she is "very happy" with the arrangement she has with Bad Boy for the publishing rights to her late son's catalog.
Furthermore, Wallace said that Lil' Cease was speaking about a situation that was none of his business and should worry about himself.
The Lox attempted to call in and join the conversation, but Diddy wouldn't allow Martinez to patch them through. The Bad Boy founder preferred to hold any further one-on-one conversations with Lox on the phone or face-to-face, like "grown men."

1. The Needy Guy
Mr.Needy will always bug the shit out of you to reassure him that all is well."Do you still like me?" "Why haven't you called me?" "I really really like you" are things he will say at least 3x a day.
Confidence and independence are very sexy traits in a man... insecurity and dependence are not. Most women look for a strong partner they can lean on. So if you are always leaning on her ... especially in the early stages of a relationship... she might doubt your ability to do this.
And since us women tend to come into relationships with our own insecurities, we don't want to deal with yours as well as our own.

I'm not saying don't share your feelings,fears,and insecurities with us,just wait a lil bit.Don't give us all of that shit so early,there will come a time when we'll want to know everything...we'll let you know sweetie.Till then...shut it up!

2. The Arguer
This man wants to take every word that comes out of your mouth and somehow make it into a fight."What do you mean you have to go to the bathroom?" "The sky is not blue,that's periwinkle bitch!" and other ridiculous shit are bound to jump out this man's mouth.He can turn a simple Red Lobster dinner into a huge debate on crabs vs shrimp...either way,it's the only fish he'll get that night(LOL..how crude was that?).

If you are this type of guy, you probably revert to debating because you are nervous or unsure of what to say.Relax.If you find that the date is getting annoyed and tense,calm down and ask her questions without you answering back...get to know her.Possibly think of some shit to say beforehand.

3. The Arrogant Guy
Is rude,an ego-maniac,concieted and patronizing.Sometimes to his date but often times to everyone else that he feels is "beneath" him.Often having great looks,body,dick or a job these men feel like they can treat people anyway they want to.

What Mr.Arrogant fails to realize is that even though he might not treat the woman like that on the date...she is watching him and assessing his personality based on how he treats those around him and if you're that asshole... get it together.

4. The Boring Guy
Also known as Mr.Predictable.Women don't like the Predictable Guy because they know exactly how he'll react to everything. He follows formulas and never wants to do anything differently. For example, he'd never surprise a woman by spontaneously taking her out for the night or throwing her down on the bed, covering her with diamonds and then spank her with the new winter faux fur belt by Dolce and Gabbana and making her orgasm as he pulls out his big long hard Gucci shoe box with a size 7 1/2 slingback with real pearl straps...oh my bad,is that just my fantasy?

Anyway fellas,women like a man that we don't know what to expect from him sometimes,that's where some of the "bad boy" attraction comes from.
So mix it up sometimes,especially in the beginning.And then you can fall back a little but then surprise us once in a while.

5. The Cheap Bastard
Your first few dates should always be carefree; the words "saving" and "budget" shouldn't come up. If she spends the first date picturing a lifetime of penny-pinching with you, you're out sweets.
I'm not saying that you have to pay for everything but you should not make it obvious that the date has to be under $20.I being of wealthy descent always seem to date forgetful guys.They forget their wallets,they forget to chip in,and it's contageous because I forget to fuck em' or even call them again.

You don't need to spend a fortune to make a good impression, but you do need to make us feel like we're special. Flowers are a nice touch once in a while,jewels, a Barney's gift certificate or some beautiful stocks and bonds.

I was with this woman (who used to be a hoe/stripper) in a marriage for almost 10 years. We built a family together I worked madd jobs so she could stay home and figure her life out---like, how she would get her head out of that life and get on with a real one. I wasn't an angel (I made a baby while were dating that I neglected to mention until after we were married) but I was a good husband and father. Out of nowhere , she decided to dip out with my kids and get with some ashy, broke-ass nigga with no real job but a lot of time to write bullshit poetry. I was hurt.

I met this woman who embodies alot of what I need in a woman---she's white. Our coming together was kind of accidental, but I feel like we have so much in common. I feel like I can't sleep on it. But I've been inter-racial joints before, so I know the drill, and don't know if I want to go back there. IN the end, I want to be happy, andit seems like I have given sisters more than a fair shake. I'm getting long in the tooth, and life is madd short. What do you think?

Ok,the first woman.I personally feel like you should not have married her until she (and definitely YOU) knew where her head was.Marriage is not the thing to do when you are unsure of who you are...ask Terry McMillan.

In a relationship,especially during the dating phase.You have to get to know this person...ask questions,look at how they view life,see what kind of future they're looking for.Most importantly,before making a commitment make sure you tell your partner what you expect from a relationship..that relationship, and your partner do the same.That misunderstanding is what fucks shit up and has you 10 years down the line looking for the ejection button.

You also have to look at your own shit..you downplayed something very important...you not only cheated while you were dating but you have a living reminder of that affair.She might not have gotten over that and harbored intense feelings of anger towards your ass.If she found her a guy that was jobless that wrote poetry,what does that show me?As a woman,I can tell that she was not concerned with money,she wanted time and attention and the sensitivity that comes from a guy that writes poetry.

I have a very specific opinion on inter-racial dating.
If you are doing it because you have negative feelings toward your own race and feel another race is better,than I say that you are in for a huge shock when you realize that women are women and no matter the race you will experience some of the same problems.
But...
If you really like this woman because she appeals to all the things you find great about a woman,reguardless of race, than I say go for it.The racial problems that arise are from outside sources and I say fuck those haterz,this is about you and her.My mother is white and my father is black and the majority of the racial problems they had came from their families and friends,they only kept the people in their life that wanted to see them happy and let go of the negative, and they are still together 26 years later.

Page Kennedy is denying a National Enquirer story that claimed his firing from ABC's "Desperate Housewives" came after he allegedly exposed himself to two female crew members.
"The truth is Touchstone decided to go in a different direction, and they bought out my contract,' the 28-year-old actor said, according to Contact Music. "Anything you've heard to the contrary is all false."
As previously reported, the Enquirer quoted sources on the Universal Studios set who say Kennedy exposed himself to a “young female assistant,” and then a few days later to a female assistant director.
I definitely need my city (Detroit) to know and understand what's going on," Kennedy said. "The challenge I have right now is trying to get the truth out as aggressively as they got the rumors out. That's the problem. If the truth isn't as juicy as the rumors, who cares? That's what sucks."

FORMER RAY ASSOCIATE SUES FILM MAKERS
A former music partner of the late Ray Charles is suing the filmmakers of "Ray" for the manner in which he is portrayed in the movie. The New York Daily News reports that lawyers for Garcia (Gossie) McKee, 85, have filed a complaint in California Superior Court against writer-director Taylor Hackford and distributor Universal, among others, alleging that "'Ray' falsely depicts McKee... plotting to cheat, exploit and take advantage of Charles." Gossie, portrayed in the film by Terrence Howard, was shown taking advantage of Charles' blindness by skimming money off the top of their paychecks from club gigs in Seattle. McKee's attorney, Stephen Rohde, told the Daily News' Lowdown column: "He was one of the loyal supporters of Ray Charles early in Ray's career, and that's why it was so disturbing."

The former "Hollywood Madam," 39, says she's planning to turn a Southern Nevada brothel called the Cherry Patch Ranch into a resort featuring male prostitutes serving an all-female clientele, the Associated Press reports. "I am moving to Crystal," Fleiss, speaking from her Hollywood home, said of a desert crossroads 20 miles north of Pahrump and about 80 miles outside of Las Vegas – where the only businesses are two bordellos and little else. "I am opening up a stud farm," Fleiss declared. "I am going to have the sexiest men on earth. Women are going to love it." "She came to Harrods in person and had a private viewing and ordered the Power Plate without even checking the price," a source revealed. "She asked for the private meeting with sales staff because she was making a 'sensitive' purchase.
